BEFORE WE BEGIN

Questions about
your IT project.

Practical answers about scope, CMS or custom development, AI, integrations, pricing and support.

Scope, technical choices and support

Do we need to start with a large project?

No. An assignment can focus on one specific challenge, such as a website, a workflow or a connection between two applications. A larger solution can be developed in stages.

Can you take over or develop existing systems?

Yes. Before proposing changes, we review how the system is built, the data it contains and its dependencies.

Can we choose between a CMS and a fully custom-coded website?
  • CMS, such as WordPress: useful when your team needs to publish and update content.
  • Custom code: useful when the design, features or integrations need a tailored approach.
  • We compare both options with you, including editing, maintenance and future changes.
What determines price and timeline?

Scope, system access, data quality and integration complexity affect the estimate. We agree the deliverables and timeline for your project. No fixed price applies to every assignment.

Can AI use our company documents?

Yes. Document search, often called RAG, finds relevant passages for the assistant to use in its answer. We define document access and test the answers and source references before deployment.

Does an AI agent act without approval?

That depends on the agreed workflow. Actions requiring oversight are presented as proposals and wait for human approval.

Does an AI solution have to run in the cloud?

No. We can set up local or cloud-based AI. The choice depends on usage, available infrastructure and data-handling requirements.

Can you connect WinBooks, ERPNext and other software?

We first check the available interfaces, data formats and permissions. Integration may use an API, connector or file exchange. The practical scope depends on the software version and access available.

Can you help with Peppol and migration from Excel or legacy business software?

Yes. For Peppol, we review the invoicing tool and provider connection. For migration, we map fields, clean the export and reconcile totals before accepting the transfer.

What happens after delivery?

We agree any documentation, user training, maintenance and follow-up responsibilities with you as part of the assignment.
